I earned my doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I completed my Internship in Geropsychology. My post-doctoral training includes utilizing advanced biofeedback technology and psychological assessments to treat clients that want to improve brain function. I also hold a masters in Educational Technology from Pepperdine University, and a certification in Neuroscience for Leadership from MIT Sloan School of Management.
As a former K-12 public administrator, I approache mental health improvement from a holistic view of pathology. Treatment is best understood from the framework of biology, psychology, and cultural influences. My focus is on helping clients understand how their mind and body work together.
I offer a range of coaching services, including one-on-one coaching sessions, group coaching, workshops, and retreats. My areas of expertise includes working with adults (ages 30+). My adult programs combine neuroscience, coaching, and social connection to help participants thrive. The goal is to help adults build meaningful relationships, enhance brain and body vitality, and design their “next chapter.”
